I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own blog and was wondering what all is required to get setup? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I'm not very internet savvy so I'm not 100% positive. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks
#1. No more food after 8pm #2 No meal will exceed 500 calories #3 I will eat something at least every 3 hours, or sooner if I feel hungry. #4 Exercise will commence in the morning, unless I am going to a fitness class (the ones I like are at night) #5 I will workout every day that I have to work. This can happen before my shift, during my break, or after my shift, but it must happen!
